What a grand occassion!

Wow! What a memorable occasion! After it's first opening in November 2007, PT Boga Lestari Sentosa (PTBLS), the Master Franchisee for Jakarta opened their second restaurant in Pondok Indah Mall 2 on 3rd July 2008. Graced with the presence of celebrity, the restaurant was crowded with invited guests as well as excited on-lookers. The Grand Opening Ceremony was officiated by Dato Francis Lee, President of RAP and Pak Fadawan from PTBLS. |

Represented by a core management of 5 personel, KRR Mongolia attended a 3 days Executive Orientation Programme carried out at the ROASTERS Asia Pacific (RAP) regional office in Plaza Berjaya. This programme was held from 7th to 9th May 2008. |

Graduation at KRR

After the execution of the Master Development Agreement, Gulf International Investment Co sent their management team consisting of 3 key members for the Executive Orientation Workshop. This short training programme helped the team to understand the totality of our KRR concept and provided vital information to oversee the initial set-up and operation of the KRR restaurant. The training was held in the last week of April 2008. |

KRR Making Its Entrance into The Kingdom of Bahrain

After much communication and discussion, ROASTERS Asia Pacific finally executed its Master Development Agreement (MDA) with Gulf International Investment (GII) for the development of KRR in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The terms in the MDA appointed GII to develop a total of 8 restaurants within a development term of 8 years. GII's CEO, Mr Mustafa Al-Shaikh was here at RAP's parent company, Berjaya Corp. office to execute the MDA with our Executive Director Dato Francis Lee on 10th April 2008. |

RAP Opens KRR @ Beijing International Airport

ROASTERS Asia Pacific proudly announced the opening of the largest KRR restaurant in the world. The restaurant occupy a space of 650 sq. meter with 250 seatings at the Beijing Capital International Airport on 29th March 2008. The grand opening was officially graced by His Excellency Dato' Syed Norulzaman, the Malaysian Ambassador to China and Dato' Francis Lee, President of RAP. |

KRR Conquer Another New Frontier

On 20 February 2008, ROASTERS Asia Pacific executed yet another Master Development Agreement with Monsonic Group, appointing them as the Master Franchisee for the territory of Mongolia. The Monsonic Group was represented by Mr Bayarkhuu Tunurdush, the Chairman and Mr John Lim, Managing Director. The Development Terms were for a period of 5 years, developing 10 KRR restaurants. |

"Franchise Media Futsal"
Date: 18 July 2007
The "Franchise Media Futsal" was organised by Malaysian Franchise
Association to serve the objective of building a closer relationship
between the Franchise Players and the media. Started from 8.00am in the
morning with the recording of "Senam Aerobik with RTM" (which was
screen on RTM 1 on Sunday morning). The games started at 9.00am and
ended with the finals at about 4.00pm between the invited team Majlis
Perbandaran Ampang Jaya and media team, Harian Metro. And MPAJ emerged
champion in this futsal challenge; bringing home RM1,000 cash,
certificate, medals and throphy.
There were about 36 teams competing in the challenge. The ceremony was
officially closed by the Minister of Information YB Datuk Zainuddin
Maidin. Also present was M'sian Franchise Association Chairman YB Datuk
Muhkhriz Tun Mahathir

and owned well known local departmental store - Centro. Also is the
Indonesia Master Franchisee for international brand Body Shop.
Developed and owned few local clothing brand.
MDA terms to develop 15 restaurants.
1st restaurant schedule to open in Pacific Place, a new mall in Jkt by last qtr of 2007.

Master Franchisee : Beijing North East Entreprise, experienced food operator and restauranteur in China.
Will operate one of the biggest KRR in the region when the restaurant at the new Beijing International Airport is opened for the 2008 Olympics, targetted by 1st qtr of 2008.
